In this hair-raising prequel to the creepy Luke Wilson- and Kate Beckinsale-starring thriller VACANCY, the viewer is jolted back in time three years to witness the beginnings of the dangerously voyeuristic Meadow View Inn and its depraved owner, Mr. Smith.
